One workshop in Jiangxia, and everything made inside it
Hubei Hongying Guardrail Co., Ltd. has manufactured construction hoarding, guardrails and railings, and wire mesh fencing at its own workshop in Jiangxia District, Wuhan, since 2014. The panels, the posts, the braces and the fittings of all three families are produced and finished under the same roof, and the same teams that make the run install it — which is why a drawing can be answered with a build method rather than a catalogue line.
On this page: the workshop in figures, the three families we make, how production and installation sit in one company, the domestic project record, and the two addresses — the office in Hongshan District and the Jiangxia factory.
The workshop, in the figures we publish
We keep to figures a buyer can check against a visit. The workshop covers 5,000 m², the finished-goods warehouse beside it covers 2,000 m², and the two together run at a monthly capacity of 60,000 m of product. The company was founded in 2014 and carries registered capital of RMB 5 million.

Three families, and nothing outside them
Hoarding and site fencing closes a work area to the public: municipal, colour-steel, PVC, perforated and printed hoarding on galvanised or coated posts, with braces and bases, and the water-filled barriers that divert traffic around the works. Guardrails and railings protect what is open or at height — an excavation edge, a slab edge, a carriageway, a crowd, a planter — and range from the standardised W-beam road guardrail to the railings chosen as much for their appearance as for their stiffness. Wire mesh fencing holds a boundary over the long run: double-wire, chain-link, peach-post, framed, Y-post, sports court and anti-glare builds, with razor wire as a topping.
Twenty-two products are listed across the three families on the product page, each with its own detail page. The two road-guardrail products are kept separate on purpose: the standardised W-beam steel road guardrail is quoted from its published figures, and the road guardrail made to the project specification is quoted from the drawing. They are not interchangeable, and neither is quoted against the other's drawing.
Production and installation in the same company
Production is in house: the tube and sheet are cut, welded, perforated or profiled, hot-dip galvanised or coated, and assembled at the Jiangxia workshop, and the fittings — clips, post caps, spacer blocks, bolt sets — are bagged and labelled against the drawing before they leave. Nothing in the three families is bought in finished and re-badged.
Installation is in house as well. The same workshop supplies the fixing detail and then sets the run — posts, braces, bases, panels and the alignment of a long straight — so the method on the drawing is the method used on site. For a municipal or metro contract this matters more than it sounds, because the party answering the supervision inspection is the party that made the panel.
Because all three families are produced in one place, a mixed order is drawn to one set of site dimensions, packed on one loading plan and shipped on one bill. That is the practical reason buyers take hoarding, guardrail and mesh fence from one workshop rather than three.
Municipal and metro construction projects in central China
Our project record is domestic. Since 2014 the workshop has supplied municipal and metro construction projects in central China: street frontage hoarding on urban works, guardrail and mesh fencing packages on infrastructure contracts, and the site fencing and water-filled barriers that go with traffic diversion. The work is won against a drawing, a standard and a supervision inspection, and that is the discipline the workshop is organised around.
Our record outside China is not something we claim. For an export order the same workshop, the same drawings and the same inspection apply, and we confirm in writing what we can supply before a purchase order is placed rather than after.
Office in Hongshan District, factory in Jiangxia
Sales, quotation and export documentation are handled from the Wuhan office; the panels themselves are made at the Jiangxia factory, where the workshop and the finished-goods warehouse stand together. Visitors are welcome at either — please arrange the visit with us first so the right people are on site.

What we will and will not claim
On standards, we will not claim a certificate we do not hold. Buyers who need CE / EN / ASTM documentation: tell us the standard and we will confirm in writing what we can supply. Where a product is published against a named standard — the W-beam steel road guardrail cites JT/T 281—2007 — the figures on its page are the ones we quote against, and the road guardrail made to the project specification carries no JT/T figures because it is not that system.
Documentation is issued per order: proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin as required. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. No price is published on this site; every line is quoted per order — FOB Wuhan / Shanghai, CIF or DDP — against the drawing, the quantity and the destination port.
