Calls reach the workshop during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 08:30–18:00 (GMT+8). WhatsApp is the fastest channel for a photograph of a damaged panel or a drawing marked up on site. Email carries the specification: send the drawing or the standard you follow, the quantity or the run length, and the destination port, and we reply in writing.

What we answer, and in what form
Every figure we can give depends on three things: the drawing or the standard, the quantity and the destination port. With those we reply within one business day in writing, and the answer covers the specification, the coating, the packing plan, the MOQ, the loading plan and the lead time. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
